i think your hair would look really nice layered mine is like 3 inches or 4 below my shoulder and i luv it!!!..i don't have any pictures though but you should definitely do it!!!..layers are always in style
if you have like an ovan face it's best to make like anguled layers like from the front of the face it could be up to your chin and go longer as it goes to the back of your head i'm not sure if i'm explaining it right...that's what i have the salon lady made it the bestt for my face and she got me only 2 layers in my hair so it wouldn't look so messy..

I don't think its too short to be layered. Just make sure your layers aren't too short, because then it will look like you got a bad haircut. Try getting longer layers.

WTF hell no it's not too short. type in layered hair pics on google and you'll get a million results. promise.
As long as you have hair it is NevEr too shor to be layered!!!
