It could be his sweat glands developing.
Or
Does he use deodorant? Some types can block pores and cause issues.
Or
Is he starting to grow hair in his armpits and the hairs coming through is causing swelling and discomfort.
Hope one of these ideas ring true and it is nothing serious, good luck x

The lymph glands, these can swell up when you're run down or have a cold. Could also be clothes too tight where his skin cant breath or sweat properly.

nicely, enable me make it easier to be attentive to. issues which contain lump/tumor is mush extra appropriate checked with a actual examination and extra imaging attempt or biopsy is mandatory. so which you would be able to desire to bypass to a doctor. regardless of and anyplace the lump is, painless or no longer, and so on. "I even have not reported this with my wellbeing practitioner simply by fact i'm too embaressed." the ingredient is, in case you keep doing this, how are your wellbeing practitioner assume to diagnose wisely? And apart from, if the fake analysis encompasses a incorrect medicine, you would be on aim of pointless scientific care. you may hit upon a girl wellbeing practitioner on your convenience, yet please do no longer hide your warning signs.

It sound like it could be a glandular problem, depending on where the other pains are appearing. Think you need to press the GP on this one.

If you mean changes in the skin it is probably affection of the
sweat glands. Increased hygiene recommended - soap and water.

Sounds like cysts to me, my sister gets them from time to time, her doc says they are harmless, just keep an eye on them if they seem to get bigger or change, ask for a second opinion from your doc.
