Anything with calories can make you gain weight - just mix it with sugar-free red bull and a splash of sugar free lemonade....tastes great! Or, drink enough of it that you get sick and it ends up being negative calories! LOL :o)

Anything with calories can make you gain weight. Vodka has 65 calories per ounce. But, it's not the vodka that's causing it alone. It's the total number of calories you take in every day.

So, you can skip the food and just have the vodka and lose weight. [just kidding; not recommended!]

Most sprints such as vodka, whiskey, brandy you get the gist, well basically they are carb free which means you could drink these and not put on weight, but it depends if your mixing them say i.e coke or redbull then yes excess amount would defo put on weight because of the high sugar and carb amount in the mixers .. simple way around it .. drink diet coke and sugar free redbull tastes pretty much the same (lighter blue redbull can, uk price £4 for 6 pack) and solves problem

something with energy in it can make you income weight once you've adequate of it, and vodka has energy. And it is really ordinary to drink an identical type of energy that you'll get from eating a fourth meal in an afternoon. ingesting a great number of alcohol can make you look puffy contained in the face inspite of in case you do not income any weight from it.

The sugar and refined carbs in alcohol cause weight gain. In moderation youre ok byt more than than it causes more weight

It really depends what you mix it with...Crushed fresh Lime and soda water is would be more healthier than mixing with coke or lemonade that is stacked with sugar.
