Easy - Ask someone to take it! And make sure it's someone you're comfortable with, otherwise your smile or posture will look awkward!

I just took a few pics of myself today. I have a digital camera with timer. so I set it on the timer mood and put the camera in the right place and took my pic. maybe u shud get one with that option
