YES I WATCHED IT AND CRIED WITH ANGER!!
I am in a wheelchair and a mother of an 11 yr old, and I have to say that it's disabled people like that who just want kids to look after them when they are older...and also to prove a point that they 'can do it'!......they make it harder for mothers such as myself go about our daily lives with happy children that are able to play and be children without those kinds of responsilblities....How could that man not change a nappie and cook but could find the pint glass and not spill a drop!
I became a mother to be a mother....and when I get older she can put me in a home lol because at the end of the day she's not here to be my carer.
My daughter is here to grow and blosom like any other child and to my delight she is!
I was more cross that the'd been offered more help but turned it down.....that's very selfish and those poor kids have got no chance.
I do think that CH4 need to show another group of disabled parents that don't have that view and will never even go there...I'll never treat my children in that manner - ever xx

Oh yeah, I watched it...and I'm still FUMING !
How could they ? I'm sorry ( no, I'm not sorry actually ) but I believe that people SHOULD have a licence to be able to have kids ! The 12 year old tried to kill herself at the age of 8 ( I have an 8 year old ) and when I saw that I broke down and cried !
People can be disabled and still bring up kids in a safe, healthy environment..but those two selfish a******les should be arrested for child abuse ! The state of that poor baby ...God, I'm so angry !
I don't care if the PC brigade go to town on me, this is how I feel ( and by the looks of it I'm not alone ) , social services should intervene and take those kids away . They didn't have kids to love and look after, they had those kids so THEY can be looked after !
Disgrace ! Those kids are being deprived of the most precious thing any child can have...their childhood and it is cruel, selfish and just wrong !

I saw it and I was horrified. Those kids should be in care. The parents arent capable of looking after them and having to rely on a 12 yo girl. The Mother was pregnant again with the 7th child, surely to god the hospital should have sterilised the mother. She can't look after 1 kid let alone 7 kids. She lost a 2 babies and the hospital told her to try again that is just utter irresponsibility. Why havent Social services stepped in, She actually refused help from social services leaving it to a 12 yo old girl.

Some parents will have kids and then have the oldest or at least the most mature, literally raise their siblings. If the parents are blind, then naturally they are going to need help.It seems to you though that they are TOO dependent on these two older girls and if so, that is wrong. But yes, some parents put that type of responsiblity on a kid at too early of an age where they actually make him or her responsible for everything their siblings do.This especially true when the parents themselves are'nt mature enough to understand that it is no one's responsibilty but their's to raise and take care of the kids.

Disgusting, they were totaly selfish! I remember watching a documentry a few years back about a lady who had a baby, she was blind and deaf and her house was clean and safe and she looked after her baby perfect! I cant understand how the father could not even change his babys, yet managed to find himself a can of lager and also drive a mobility scooter! The state of the house alone should be grounds to remove them poor children!

I couldn't, the bloody pc brigade will have a field day with this. HOW DAMN SELFISH, yes you have a right to a life, and no-one dare suggest that you shouldn't have a right to have children, but jeesh, how selfish to then subject them children to this kind of life, to deprive them of the right to be children just to fulfil your selfish need to be parents and please don't argue that it's because you have so much love to give, that is not love it's abuse. Get help if you have to, but not from your babies...you're the ones that are supposed to look after them. Sadly, I feel that these kids will never be allowed their own lives as the parents will demand from them until the day they die. (roll on with the thumbs down, I don't bloody care, I'm all for the kids and shoot me down if you think that's wrong, better still, pose a reasonable argument..if you can think of one)

It was terrible!
Did you see how the mother just stepped over her baby when he was sleeping on the floor?!
My sister is blind, the only responsibility her eldest daughter has is to read her letters.
Both the girls featured have lost their innocence by the burden of looking after four children.

I watched it and cried. Especially at the end when the little girl said that she didn't want her own children when she grew up as she already felt that she had raised a family.
I only hope that the parents realise how badly they came across on the programme but I doubt it.

I only saw the trailor to be honest, but what I saw and heard was enough, to hear the reasons this couple gave for having children absolutely beggared belief!!! Ii despair of some people, and whilst I sympathise with their affliction, to put it upon their children is unforgiveable
