I've had a fear of flying/heights, but I got used to it.. It's not that hard. It was good, worth the cash. I flew for the very first time after a long time to Barbados, and landed in all trips in one piece and back.

I would suggest bring a book, a pillow to sleep on, sleeping pill if necessary.

Believe me, I was very scared. My first flight, I was only 5 and moving to Canada from Czechoslovakia so there was no fear that time, I guess. But first flight as an adult, yes, I was terrified, but people would say do not worry, you'll be fine.. So I'm telling you this, do not worry, you'll be fine.

Sian P,,,,,,I,m not going to tell you this because Clarke Kent told Lois Lane the same thing in the flic Superman i'm going to tell you this because it,s the gods honest truth. Flyng is the safest form of transport known to us. Did you know that you had more chance of killing your self whilst putting your trousers on.

It's true, and if you couple that fact together with the knowledge the the worlds aviation industry train every pilot,co pilot and even cabin crew to the highest standards of safety you'll sit happy and enjoy the flight. Just for the sake of putting you at ease almost 99% of commercial airline pilots are former service personel.

Sit back, have a glass of wine and enjoy the ride of a lifetime, you never know, you might just LOVE IT.

I never heard of a course like that and I have no fear of flying. I had a fear of heights. I conquered it by making myself walk over a pretty high bridge over and over again until I was finally comfortable walking on it.
Just do it. Try meditatation when you get nervous.

Tried hypnotherapy but made no difference. The only way i can do it is with Diazepam from the doctor. And mix with copious vodka...
If you find a better way, let me know!
