Heaven is one eternal church service, kneeling, standing, singing, listening, kneeling, standing, singing, listening, kneeling, standing, singing, listening, kneeling, standing, singing, listening... for ever and ever ...

Our first parents were put on a perfect earth enjoying perfect health with the prospect of living forever. They had work to do, so when would they have had time to become bored? Between cultivating the garden (Gen. 2:15), making babies, and caring for the animals, that would have been plenty to do, forget all the foods to eat, places to see, music and art to make....
God's purpose for men to live in perfect conditions on earth did not change- remember Jesus' words regarding the meek inheriting the earth? (Also King David's....) This is the hope that I hold dear, and eternity with much satisfying work sounds anything BUT boring to me. Forget the work, think about the play! Art, music, hiking, boating, food tasting, wine tasting.... Forever sounds awesome!
Maybe you'd only thought of eternity the way Christendom presents it- everyone goes to heaven and floats around aimlessly on clouds plucking at a harp. Although the bible speaks of some going to heaven, they will be ruling with Christ over the meek who inherit the earth after Armaggedon. Meanwhile, serving God is a way of life I'm following (imperfectly) now, and there's no better way to live. Check out what the bible really teaches about eternal life, and you never know- you may be surprised and consider trying it out. ;)

Have you ever experienced being in the presence of someone who has passed on? If so, did you notice that when their spirit left their body, the body was like an empty shell and soon began to turn gray and cold?
Everyone has a spirit that will go some place at the moment of their death. They will either go and be with God or go to be completely separated from Him.
In His word, the Bible, He tells us that Heaven is a wonderful and glorious place.
I have heard reports from people who have clinically died and then for some reason, God allows them to come back to life. These people, everyone of them, state that they didn't want to come back. There must be a reason. Also, they all seem to become believers in Jesus, if not before.
See if you can find a book on life after death experiences. Beyond Death's Door is a good one.

Because we do things! It's not just sitting on a cloud playing a harp. We don't just worship. We create, we become. And once we've been perfected, we help God create more worlds. There's nothing to be bored by! Think of how much there is out there! Not just in this world, but everywhere! I GUARANTEE that if you're bored with all that, there is definitely something wrong with you.

We will be doing more things in heaven than you think. And I could not want anything more than to spend eternity with my Savior! The thought of being eternally separated from God gives me the weebie jeebies. There are only two places you go to- Heaven or hell- now would you rather live in hell, being tortured day and night, as Revelations says? Mark describes hell as "the weeping and gnashing of teeth" Also it says it is a place where the "worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched" ---is your life here on earth that much more important that you would give up your eternal life with God? This life on earth will pass so quickly...and I know for a fact that many will stand before God on judgment day and regret all the things they said and felt while here on earth. So is your life here worth all of that? God gives us life, and after this life there is life with Him or the second death which is hell.
Life with Him is a million times more wonderful than our human minds can fathom. It is like all the good things in life amplified and made perfect. Heaven will be perfect. We will not have the same bodies. But we will be with our Lord and Savior, and that matters to me more than anything else....because his salvation has given me not only freedom in Him, but JOY. I cannot imagine my life HERE without Him. I think of people who do not have Jesus Christ and it saddens me for them- if they only knew and believed! I cannot even explain how awesome God is--because I stand in awe of Him. But the gospel is beautiful, and once you get rid of pride, and humble yourself to the Lord, you will see that- that is all I can say!

Because it's impossible to describe the beautiful feeling and presence of God, and it will never become boring to anyone.
Also, why would you non-christians want to go to hell and be there forever, now, that does NOT sound fun at all. I don't think you'll every get bored in hell, that's probably why the non-christians want to go to there, because burning in fire for eternity is not boring and being in Heaven is boring.

Because:
-I don't deserve it
-I didn't earn it; I recieved it as a gift
-I'm building up 'heavenly treasures'
You can't understand eternity until you're in it.
I can't imagine anything better than spending forever with the creator of the universe. He's infinite. Never-ending. We'd never get bored with God.
Never.
Seriously. If we could grasp that.... The creator of the universe. How amazing.
"I can only imagine"
After millions of eons I'll still be enjoying paradise.
It's uncomprehendible, just like God's eternal love.

It's all depends of how you were raised. It's like asking why do people listen to country music. Everybody is different, and will obviously have different opinions on whether they'd rather live forever or stop existing. Basically it's based on their childhood, life experiences, and preferences.

Simple fact. Everyone will spend eternity.....somewhere.
Rev 22:17
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come.
And let him that heareth say, Come.
And let him that is athirst come.
And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
The night is far spent. The day is at hand.

You've never been in love? You've never done anything that you wished would never end? Or spent time with someone & wished you didn't have to stop/leave, etc.? The Apostle Paul in the Bible was not only a severe persecutor before he was born again but he was a mocker. I hope you come around.

I can't think of anything more scary than eternity without God's love and presence - and an eternity seperated from Him and filled with evil..
