I know Asprin thins the blood, but what about Ibprofin and Acetaminophen. Id like to know how they work and is one better for a certain pain, like a headache vs. a sprain.

ibuprofin helps with swelling and inflamation more than acetaminophen but acetominophen is much safer to use with other drugs as it is not prone to complications. I take ibuprofin(store brand not advil) for all pain stuff, it works well for headaches and anything else.

I don't think that the three pain relievers that you are asking about tend to be better for specific pains than another.
But, there are some side effects of all three of them that you can avoid by substituting one of the other meds. Ie: Aspirin is bad for people who have ulcers and stomach problems...acetaminophen can be used instead.

Too much Tylenol can cause Liver damage. Motrina bd Ibuprofen contains Tylenol as well. But you would have to take it constantly if you have a strain it's ok to take it as needed. Advil works better in my personal opinion
