bad idea. Those things have like a big chance of ending out bad. And when ppl c here they would know that they are not natural!! It justs look bad. The operation would be tons of money!!! So i would say NO WAY!! But how old is she?? Maybe she's not fully developed and she's a late blossomer or w/e. Tell her to give it some time

Bad idea.

As someone else mentioned, replacements are required.

Harder to read mammograms.

Might look fake because they will be tight against her chest & might not complement the rest of her build.

So many non-surgical options available - like silicone cutlets, WonderBra, VS underwires, etc.

So many current styles look good on small busted women. (camisoles, tank tops, bikinis)

Breast augmentation may lead to decreased nipple sensation and scarring, complications during surgery.

Implants look gross on older women - the skin sags & the implant is like a half bubble moving around.

you probably won't hear this from too many guys, but big boobs are overrated. Whether or not your friend should get enhancements, would depend on her height and weight; because, if she goes too big they might not look unnatural or really fake, and that would be worse.

Not too mention all the potential health risks involved; the real issue is psychological. What happens if she gets them done, but isn't happy with them, or they don't have the desired effect she is hoping for? Just something to think about, but it's up to her.

First age - under thirty, yes. over thirty forget it - move on
Does this person heal quickly or slowly? quick - yes, slow no
Realize that ALL surgery is a risk
Would the augmentation be in proportion to the rest of the body?

Find some women who have had the procedure and talk with them and get their feedback.

Ultimately, you need to feel good about yourself surgery or not.

Good luck to your friend and be well.

Bad. I'm real small, too, but most of the guys I know prefer A or B.

as long as she has the money to spare and she finds a really good doctor. the doctor's experience and skill is the most important thing! don't go too big either. don't wanna look like a porn freak show!!

Bad. I've seen the effect it has had on some people.. and that effect is sometimes even death.

Stick with what you're born with!!!
