Take her to a vet and along the way don't let her put any pressure on the leg. If it's worse than it seems in the start, it can only get even more worse so keep the dog away from standing and walking, carry her, and find a vet . HURRY! I hope she's okay! : - (

does his leg look broken, meaning does it look different or not straight??? he may just have a sticker of his paw so check that first. try sqeezing all the parts of his leg gently and see if he lets out a cry. If the leg feels broken take him to the vet. You might want to give it a day or two before you take him in, he could have also just sprained it. If you think he's in pain, give him a little bit of children tylenol to ease the pain. if by this same time tomorow he is still not walking on it. take him to the vet. My Boston Terrier had the same problem, and I discovered a cut on his leg that had gotten infected, they gave him antibiotics, and he was as good as new! But the most important thing is to carefully examine his leg, for anything that might look or feel strange.

Options for why a dog is limping:
1. Fractured bone (leg, foot)
2. Torn or partial tear of cruciate ligament (if hindleg) or other tendon/muscle tear/pull
3. Luxated patella (knee)
4. Ant or other insect bite on bottom of foot or another foreign object.
Check pad on that foot see if any swelling, mark.
It doesn't matter which of these it is the thing is your dogs in pain if its crying and non weight bearing on a leg and should see a vet ASAP to be given pain relief.

It sounds to me like your dog needs to be taken to a vet. The vet can give the dog an xray and find out if anything is broken. You need to do this right now. If your dog is in that much pain, he needs medical attention as soon as possible.

ummmmm.......if your dog is limping pretty bad, why aren't you at the vets right now? Did you check his paws for any cuts or something in them? That's what I do b4 calling the vet. Usually if it's just a cut or something in it I clean it up and make sure they don't do much running around till it heals.

Call your parents and have the dog taken to the vet.

You should be calling your parents and the vet not asking on the internet.

If he can't put weight on it then it's either sprained or broken. Take him to vet ASAP and have them x-ray. Depending on the type of break they can set it or do surgery and place pins in it (which is like $1,700+). Hope it's not broke!

Really need to take him to a vet. Could be something as simple as a insect bit or sprain. BUT if it is broken he will need it set

Call a vet!!!!! Okay this is bad. If your home alone and can't drive yet then you won't be able to see the vet. But call them and try to get a ride as soon as possible!
