Well, first, you shouldn't move in so fast. Give the guy time to mend his wounds from his past relationship. You really don't want to make the mistake of rushing him...that could really be a disaster. Let him chill, but also let him know that you are there for him. Hope things work out for you two!

if you're old enough or aloud or whatever to go to the movies/mall by yourself[[without parental guidance]] then ask him to go with you and your friends. then you can [[if you go to the movie]] scoot closer to him and ask him something about the movie you "don't get"or go to the mall and if he gets something to drink or what not ask if you can have a sip. just the little things will get you closer.ans talk about everything and figure out more about him.hope that helps.

well first thing you do! is learn how to spell!
then you must see if his first relationship is deep or not
if it is deep then he'll be sad/depress/down
so he isnt gonna want a girlfriend, but instead a friend.
if he jumps to you , then there's chance he is using u to make his ex jealous
so what u do is be his friend till that time comes then ask him out
