The babies will most likely be fine but please have them spayed and neutered. Overpopulation is a problem, no reason not to have it done.

Most likely, they will be perfectly normal. It isn't a recommended practice to let this happen because if the inbreeding occurs over several generations, the genetic diversity will go down. This means that if your two current cats both had eye problems, the probability of their offspring having eye problems is slightly higher. Your best bet is to get the kittens spayed or neutered as soon as they are old enough so this doesn't continue with another generation.

Most likely, the kittens will turn out just fine, but PLEASE help control the already extreme overpopulation problem by spaying and neutering your pets. Every animal deserves a good, quality home.

It's a fifty fifty chance they will be a little mesed up. If you're planning on showing them or anything, not a good idea. Try not to let it happen, 'cause they could be mutilated.

Assuming she is pregnant, she will have kittens.

Probably ok, but like humans, not an optimal choice of partners.
