How about all? But I would say mostly religion. If you believe in God, it is he who gave us the freewill. But politics can certainly help or take that away. Biological also makes sense. If you believe in God, he gave us that. So I guess I would go with both religion and biological.

I think it could be classified as any of the three, depending on its connotation. For politics, it concerns the freewill of the individual with regards to the whole, and what people should/shoudn't do. As far as biology goes, it is concerning the point in evolution at which point a species is free from complete control by its instincts, and begins to think for itself. Religiously, (assuming you believe in a higher power) it could be either nonexistent if your destiny is predetermined, or you could have free will regardless of your god.

probably physiological because it is a mental decision we make with our free will. The decisions are affected by our religion, political stance, and in our innate nature we receive from heredity
