Call his vet and ask them what to do. Make sure you know how much sudafed he ate and tell the doctor the strength of the pills. And for heaven's sake, keep stuff like that out of the reach of your children and dog.

It has ephedrine in it. It may keep him awake like speed. Have him drink lots of water to dilute it. If he ate more then two which is allowed for human consumption at one time, then call the vet.

Call the vet now, dogs are highly susceptible to stimulants, and can get very ill very quickly.
