I had a little girl with a guy that made me think he loved me while all the time he was seeing a gorgeous italian girl at his workplace. Every weekend they have her and i have no other choice because i work all the time and he is after all her father. I feel really bad about myself and cry myself to sleep at night when she is sleeping. What to do?

Ah, that is so sad. A broken heart is the worst thing in the world, but trust me, you will get over it with time (I know that doesn't help you much now). Try to stay busy and go out and meet new people and do new things. Eventually you will find a good man and be happy again.

contact your local mental health clinic and make an appointment to see a councelor,and ask if medication might help.
there are a few different anti depressants and they are wonderful...
I have been in counceling for a year now and am on Zoloft,and boy is my life different
