If my son didn't tattle-tale on his brother by informing me that his brother was trying to stick a tail end of metal salon comb into an electrical outlet you can bet he would have got a good spanking.
Also, when caught, the one who didn't tattle-tale becomes an accessory to the the crime.

reporting a situation that could end up in physical harm or even death is never being a tattle-tale.

Why should we have to put up with infants and the brainless.

You need a better definitions for your tattle tale.

First, I guess I could report you for putting this query in the wrong section. I see no real need. I do however report others. When someone wastes my time with nonquestions/nonanswers I report them, and No I do not report people for having an answer I don't like. I ONLY report those who violate the rules in a way that I feel is severe.
