I think they are the lucky ones. ALl the depictions of Hell show the deamons doing the tourchering not getting tourchered themselves. Which is ironic. They have clear evidence of god and i would think there betrayal would be alot more severe than our ignorant betrayal. We know less of him
Regardless, all the depictions came from a vision a 9th centurary philosopher after drinking absinthe. Look it up.
So then i would say, they shouldnt have a chance to repent. Reason being, they knew god, saw god, touched god and probably even played soccer with him. They out right betrayed him.
Then again, i forgive people of horrible acts many times. So im sure god is loving enough to allow forgiveness. We just dont know about it because its meaningless to us.
Brings me to another point. The ones that chose to be on satans side clearly think they can win the war. We think its impossible because God said so. But it is possible that an actual war could wage and an unsuspecting victor could rise. Think about it, the devil is certant of his beliefes.
Meh its all speculation anyways. Im gnostic and believe god is so forgiving he wont send any one to hell. I think we are here for other purposes.

Demons were originally divine intelligences (replete with wisdom), later deemed devils by the Christian church. Personally, I don't believe they have anything to repent for. If offering wisdom and insight is their only offense - they've done nothing wrong in my opinion. Of course your question works on the assumption that one particular view of Daemons is correct over others.

They had their chance. They were commanded to enter the womb and be born of woman into the flesh and they refused.
They blew it, being deceived and full of pride they sided with Satan. They will be destroyed when God is finished using them to correct His children.

being in the very presence of GOD satan and his follower still rejected GOD, satan wanted to be higher than GOD.... let me repeat myself being in the very presence of GOD, they still rejected GOD..... WE ARE NOT EVEN IN HEAVEN AND WE STILL TRY TO DO GOOD AND SERVE THE LORD, IT IS WRITTEN IN THE WORD OF GOD satan and his followers will be thrown in the lake of fire!!! no he can not repent..... GOD IS GOOD LET HIS NAME BE GLORIFIED FOREVER.... LET THE NAME OF JESUS BE PRAISED.... GLORY TO GOD
