You need to post more information, you can edit your question to do that.

What exactly does your car do when you turn the key ?

Can you hear the starter trying to turn?

Does it try and turn over, but just never starts?

The more information you provide, the better response you will get.

If you hear nothing when you turn the starter switch on either the wires to the solenoid are not tight or your ignition switch COULD be bad. If you hear a clicking sound the solenoid is bad. If It's a grinding sound the Bendix at the end of the starter shaft isn't engaging the ring gear. In any event who ever installed that (new or rebuilt starter) should slap on another one PRONTO!

when you turn the key is the car trying to start, does it click, or does it do nothing?

if it does try and start i would say maybe fuel pump. if it just clicks or does nothing then maybe the battery.
