I read on a website that blow drying ur hair or using any heat on it such as curlying iron or a straightener isn't bad for your hair at all. and that's just a myth. Is that true?

No heat and blowdrying your hair is actually bad for you. I mean when you think about it, isn't that how it seems? The healthiest thing to do is to get lots of nutrients in your diet and brush it a few times and wash hair as little as possible. Also, it's impossible to fully restore hair, so all those shampoos that say the fix damaged hair are lying. Also, when looking for a good shampoo, get shampoos that contain collegean, protein, and nutri-Keritan.

It does damage the hair if you use it alot. i would recommend once a week only. There is only so much hair can take. Because styling consists of using strong heat it will damage the hair. So style but i wouldn't do it every day.

No - that isn't true. Anything hot on your hair can damage it. Straighteners are really bad for caucasion hair - You should use them on the lowest setting possible.

That's total BS.
I have long very dark straight hair and get complements on it all the time. I almost never use a blowdryer, but when I do, I notice right away that my hair looks less healthy.

That's not true at all. Think about it - you're puting something very hot on your hair, essentially frying or baking it. It's not healthy to use those tools everyday, and when you do, you should use a protective cream.
