I have this middle Back pain?

That only goes away when i lay down... Its right in between my shoulder blades, and I haven lifted anything or had an prior injuries...It also goes up my neck and gives me headaches through out the back of my head, Ive had this pain for over a month now...What could it be?



Also I had blood test done, all normal, and an xray done in Novmber of 06 of my spine that was normal..

It sounds like a pinched nerve. Use a heating pad in that area when you lay down. Your Dr. should still be trying to figure out what the problem is.
