A lot of people use a plate and put it on their chest...but this is not nearly as effective is holding the weight behind your neck...try it out, and get back to me, son.

put the weights on ur chest and hold them firly with both arms crossed over one another. dnt start off using a lot of weight though. start off with jus regular sit ups then the next set use a 10 pound weight and do the same amount of sit ups in the first set. keep going and if u rele do want good looking abs; when ever you have finished ur sit ups and after you have kept adding weight jus go downhill now. when u have done all the weight u can do put that down and start to do more sets except use lighter weights and keep going until you are not using ne more weights. that is very challenging but it will definitly tone ur abs the way u want them to be

You can use like 3 or 5 pound weights, hold them together on your chest (vertically) and crunch up with them. Totally makes the crunch more intense! Good luck on those abs!!

Take the weight disk off the bar, place it on your chest and cross your arms over the weight and grip it on each side. As you get better, increase the weight.
