my boyfriend broke up with me about a month ago and I still can't sleep through the night and I've lost like 15 pounds. When will this be over. I still want to be with him but I am not going to act on it. How do I get past this?

try to do activities that distract you and make you have fun to get him off your mind.. go out with friends... be yourself ... it is hard when you break up.. but life goes on and think that there are other people to come into your life.. just keep your options opened.. and who knows? maybe you might meet your prince charming... just remember this.. everything happens for a reason... lets just wait until future comes to see what really awaits for you... please eat and take care of yourself... life is lived only once so dont waste time and keep healthy and beautiful...

hi sorry about your break up. I have some good news, time does heal all wounds. I know right now your hurting and missing him but soon you will find your self getting stronger. You need to get busy doing something if you don't have any hobbies start volunteering somewhere. the worst thing you can do is sit around and think. You will get through this i promise(take it from someone who's been there) PS you might find someone while volunteering or doing your Hobie. good luck YOU CAN DO IT

It will take a while to get over but you will finally get used to sleeping alone if that is what the problem is. Try to think of something else and keep yourself busy. It will pass with time. Don't go back with him, he broke up with you, he's worthless.

Hey sweetie let me tell you, I know it feels awful but only time can heal the wounds. Try to forget him by going out to the movies, the mall even if you dont buy anything just to get distracted and get your mine of him. If it wasnt meant to be, your young you'll meet other people.

it takes time. if you really want to get past it, you will. my ex broke up with me a month after i let him move in with me. he's still there. things seem great on the outside, but deep down i still love him and he knows it. he said the same things to me when we broke up. he didnt want me to get too attached, i was already there. but he has always been, and is still the one checking on me. i know that he loves me too, but its a sticky situation... anyway, i still have problems sleeping through the night (he's on my couch) it does get a little easier though.. good luck
