Electrical light switch with delay shut off?

Question

I am looking for an electrical switch to tun on and turn off lights with a n additional feature. Every time, I turn off the light, it should either turn off after 30 seconds or dim down slowly and die in 30 seconds. Exact amount of delay to turn off the dealy could be upto 2 minutes. I am wondering if there is any such switch in the market place. Manufacturer, model and store name is greately appreciated.

It's a motion sensing wall switch that will choose between Off or Auto. In Auto mode it will come on and stay on when someone is in the room. When you leave, it will shut off after anywhere between 30 seconds and 15 minutes. You program it for what you want. The electronic eye covers 1000 sq ft.

This is more like what you're looking for. It's a bit more expensive but does without the electric eye. It's meant for shutting off a bathroom exhaust fan after a certain period of time after the switch turns off but turning the lights off right away. You could just wire it to switch off the lights rather than a fan motor. You can control the delay anywhere from 1-60 minutes.
