today would i have a good butt and good thighs by march 16th and also if i worked out eevryday from now on how many pounds do u thinik i could loose b4 march 16th considering im eating right too

That is a good start but you would have to watch what you eat.I would think 15 pounds by then would be great.

It does depend on how active you are currently and how much weight you wish to lose, but I agree 15 pounds by 16 March would be great. It's about 5 weeks so I think you would definately start to see the effect of the lunges and squats. They are great for toning the legs and bottom, not much does a better job. I do them a lot and whilst they don't ever get easier to do, it is good to know they work. You can also do some jogging interspersed with sprints. Stair running is also good or just walking up hill. Best to get started as the weeks will go quickly. Remember to eat regular nutritious snacks if you are exercising everyday, you will need them. And I don't mean celery sticks, but low fat high protein and carbohydrate filled foods - lean meats, hommos, eggs, rice, with heaps of fruit and veges. Have fun and good luck!
