My son has celiac disease and can't have anything with wheat or gluten in it. Just do a search for celiac recipes and you should find loads of information. You can also go to a whole foods, trader joes, or wild oats or about any grocery store with health foods and you will find wheat and gluten free items such as pasta so you could make lasagna or they would have gluten free breads and all kinds of items. They usually keep a list you can pick up of everything in the store that doesn't contain wheat in it. You could also make any meat that is grilled just don't use any kind of breading and all your veggies would be gluten free. Hope that helps.

Winter fruits, such as apples are nice stewed and chilled, or stuffed with nuts, raisins etc and then oven baked. Baked rice pudding is nice and easy too.
