By having a plan. Its the only way I've been able to do.
I have a plan which has several steps and goals.
All of the goals are SMART--meaning they are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Bound. I keep track of my activities and eating habits and every week I make a new goal. If I skip one day in my goal, I might start back over till I achieve it.

The way you motivate yourself to exercise daily is to really know what you want to get out of it. Are you looking to live a life of good health, no aches and pains or perhaps you want to feel confident and have high self-esteem? Those are some of the reason I've found that's work to help motivate people to exercise daily.

Well, this should be a short-term answer, because exercise feels great and can be so addictive you'll wonder how you can STOP and take a vacation somewhere!
And if you remind yourself of that,
that if you just form this habit, you will go with it and love it,
you can make great strides.
And remind yourself of how great it feels to have all kinds of natural endorhpins running around in your brain and blood- these are happy chemicals that they try to treat with anti-depressants- well, exercise makes them happen naturally!
And remind yourself that there's music in it for you, or whatever.
And reward yourself with something, something you leave in your gym bag, some phrase you tell yourself in the mirror when you clean up, some piece of clothing every three weeks, etc.
You'll feel great!
Good luck!
PS I'm going to turn on some music now instead of being on YA for a while, and dance my butt off. Thanks for the inspiration!

Well.. it's quite a challenge in the beginning 30 days or so.. but once you get the habit, you will find yourself wanting to exercise.

You have to want it badly enough... for example.. there's a prom or something coming up in say.. 2 months.. and you want to look great.. so that you can knock the socks off your date or someone you have a huge crush on...

If the prize is worth it, you'll do it. Or, if the failure is so embarrassing and uncomfortable enough, you'll do it. Use both to motivate you. It's easier said than done... but you'll do it if you want it really badly.
