Here are some sites on falconry and birds. I would go to the people I got my permit through and ask them for names of reputible breeders.

If this is your first bird I don't really suggest you get a peregrine. most people go for a Harris or Red Tail. Peregrines, especially teircels are a lot smaller than the afore mentioned and are a lot easier to accidentally kill. Also have you done youre lure training because it looks easier than it is. I suggest you talk to a more experience falconer (not one who is going to sell you a bird) before you go ahead and get one.
