He sure seems to enjoy watching his people kill themselves over him via holy wars, jihads, genocides, and exterminations.

The only possible answer to your question is "no," because there is no "Christian/Islamic God." Allah asks children to blow themselves up and take as many innocent bystanders with them as possible. Jesus Christ says to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Seek truth and you will find Christ. Seek validation and you will find nothing.

I wonder the opposite, that maybe when we kill each other we are killing a part of God, and that is why he seems distant because he's actually been assaulted by our actions. Instead of an omnipotent God I believe in a symbiotic one, that our collective actions have an effect on our ability to comprehend God. So that make's us masochists or sadists depending on whether you believe in God or not

Oh yes, I fully believe he is a sadist of the worst kind. He had pretty humble beginnings too, he started off as just a local tribal volcano God, later a God of war and hate, eventually working his way up to the top of the ancient Hebrew pantheon. You can still see evidence of this in the bible. He's a very bloodthirsty wraith; he loved to kill and torture thousands of people in the bible. And that's not even touching on the subject of what he wants to do to those who won't bow down to him. Only a true sadist could have dreamt up a place such as the Christian Hell

No Neither God exists to invoke these actions. It is firstly the stupidity of the belief system of man and then man himself that is the driving force to kill maime rape pillage. It has been done for centuries in the Name of God via religions.

Most of it was for gain to man and King.
There is an interestimg quote in the bible about what a God is supposed to have said to Moses. "Go forth to the promised land, the land of Canaan and observe their strength of numbers, their defenses........." Now why would a God send his flock led by Moses to count the opposition they might meet if not to subjugate them and take their land for their own? Does this sound like God? A God would know what was there and how ell these people could defend themselves!
It sounds more like the words of a warrior leader out to usurp someone elses property.

How do you know that He is enjoying it? I am a Christian and I have found God to be a Loving and Faithful Heavenly Father. I can not speak for Islam, as that is a religion I have no knowledge. Man pretty much causes his own problems and blames God for the murder of innocent people. People have to take responsibility for their own actions and stop passing the buck.

YO DUDE YOU ARE AWSOME.

but wrong sadly. we are men of free will. We get to screw anything we want to. including the world. Our imperfections have written our own demise sadley. So if christians and muslims dont get together and realise that Allah = God/ God = Allah (its a matter of language preference really!) then were doomed man! and the kid that answered the BS about kids blowing themselves up is totally wrong so ignore him.

allah of islam is NOT God.

There is no way the Christian God is allah. They have different teachings. Jesus is The Living Word of God and all Muslims deny this. They are not compatible. Just because allah means God in Arabic does not mean that the Muslim allah is God. islam says God has no Son. Jesus is the Son of God. allah does not equal the One and Only God.

God spoke, people didn't listen. God sent prophets and people didn't listen. God sent Jesus and people didn't listen. Blame people.

May God Bless you.
