Order a copy and see.
If paternity is not an issue it would be best to add it.
If paternity is an issue dont add his name as it will be much harder to remove and it will become and embarrassement to your son later

the only way you are gunna know that is by going to the registery office and asking to look at it. if its not and you want it on then ask them to put it on
if you and the father of the baby are not married then he will have to be presant to sign it but if you are married then he doesnt have to be there
