I've tried different products for damaged, now only a bit devitalised hair, while recovering from a perm done two years ago. Now my hair, which was quite healthy and shiny, suffers from breakage. It has recovered a lot since the hair disaster, but it is not the same as it was before. Any ideas?

i had the same problem try a leave in conditoner or a deep conditionig leave in and wash out also if ur going to straighten use a heat protectant a kind of serum dont try brands like tony and guy and those expensive ones u need all natural with herbs and oils to help strenthen your hair and help it to grow the best thing to do is have only the ends trimmed of your hair and start to look after it more by doing the treatments
