I weigh180 i had a baby in july i wanna be around 140 b4 may any examples and the weight is around my love handles arms legs and stomach please help

I have lost weight with Weight Watchers twice. The second time I have kept it off. I lost 35 pounds before getting pregnant then gained 50 pounds while pregnant. I lost 30 pounds the second time. I have found that moderation is the biggest "secret". It was hard to learn but it's what makes Weight Watchers so successful. I can always eat what I want. You just have to be responsible for your choices and make up the difference after you indulge, if you choose to. My biggest hidden source of extra calories was portion sizes. I took way too large of servings. You can get a taste of a lot of different things without over-doing it at parties. And at home eat a little bit of the foods you like and a lot of the foods that are zero calories. But always eat the foods you like. It's possible to eat anything if you just have a small bite of the "bad" stuff to taste it then switch to the healthy choices. Good luck. Summer is still far enough away to be thinking "tankini"!!!

There is always regular excersice at the gym to get rid of un wanted fat do cycle / spin classes using the bikes will give u great cardio. Just remember cardio will burn fat while ur active in a cardio session but once u stop moving u will stop loosing fat. with weights even after ur stop being active on a weight session ur body continues to loose fat. my trainer told me this.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Why Diets Fail.

There several good weight loss programs out there, the key is to follow it exactly the way it is designed or none of them will work, the is no "magic" pill out there, I did weight watchers for a loss of 60 lbs 4 yrs ago and have kept it off

yes, several things: increase your fitness level, get active and be more productive during the day and add at least 30 minutes of strenuous exercise to your day. Also, try to focus on low fat meats/fish for dinner with a side of vegetables (green veggies). Drink about a gallon of water a day as well and this will clean out all of the toxins and impurities and increase metabolism by 3%. Be strict. try not to deviate from your plan.

no sugar no sugar no sugar!!!
look at the back of everything!!! no sugar, no enriched ANYTHING. no flour... ALL BAD!!!!!! I cannot stress it enough. NO FAST FOOD... eat good, meat, potatoes or rice, vegies... no ranch or cheese toppings.. your just adding calories when you do that... NO YOUGURT unless it has NO SUGAR.. look how much sugar is in that crap, thoes comercials are lying to you. Just eat good, youll notice a change... then start working out. excersize bike, sit ups push ups... jumping jacks, walking... its easy, you just have to get motivated. i swear if you do these things im telling you, you'll notice a difference in a week, i PROMICE
