You'll know that you are destined to be hers if you see her more than twice a day. If you see her more than 3x a day, she is following you and you'll definitely not have to wait long to get asked out. Now comes the hard part. If you are not in either of the above categories you have a problem. You have to try and visualize a setting where the two of you could be together. Then next time you see her ask her out to do what you had visualized.

Simple, keep the conversation simple, and friendly. Do not act all weird. Say hi, introduce yourself if you have to. Then if she appears busy, say hey, it would be cool to talk some time, hey, why don't you give my phone number (or e-mail depending upon your generation)?
