Well...

Why do you want to loose weight? are you FAT. Do you look at yourself in the mirror and think "Oh My God, what the hell happened to me?"...

I'm of course speaking from experience here. You need to take stock in what is important to you and if you feel you need to lose weight, then by all means take the plunge. I tried a couple of years ago. I did a modified version of the Atkins NO CARB diet. I lost a ton of weight pretty quick. I stopped eating Carbs (bread, starches, sugars) for 3 weeks, then I would cheat on the weekends only. after about 2 months I lost about 25 lbs and felt much better...

don't lose too much too fast, it's not good for you.

when you do lose weight, the hardest part is keeping it off.

First thing is to tell yourself "I Can Do Anything"

I had the same problem and no diet or program ever worked so I came up with my own.

Things not to eat & Drink : All types of Pork, Sweets, & Sodas,Beer

Things to eat & Drink : Chicken, Fruits & Veggies, Water & Juice

Doing some crunches or some type of workout moves after you eat and don't eat after 6 - 7 pm
Trust me it will work, but you have to do this daily and you will begin to see your tummy a lil slimmer.

There's a lot of ways to go about it. The best way is to lift weights, performing interval training and have a diet that is not heavily based on carbs but more on protein.

LOOK IN THE MIRROR NAKED! if you don't like what you see then workout.men really want sexy curvy thin women..not skinny but nice and curvy with a flat belly..if your belly is bigger than your chest then loose weight! even walking helps..

do sit ups (correctly) every day... then you'll start to see a change, that'll motivate you.. ALSO.... NONONO SUGAR.... look at the back of everything... cut out the sugar, even bread, its bad. get carbs from rice and potatoes. anything w/ enriched flour or wheat is BADBAD BAD, it will toataly discount ANY and ALL work you do... trust me!!!!
