ok, im in 8th grade 5'5 110lbs & im super skinny, but im sure i wont be for long! i can not control my eating at all!!! i am a binge eater, i hate doing it but i love to eat and all i ever eat when i binge is choclate or icecream. let me give you an example. 10 minutes ago, i went on a ten minute binge. in the time i devoured 3 candy bars (260 cals each), 1 pudding (150 cals), 2 little bars (50 cals each), and one chocolate bar (50 cals also). So in ten minutes, I just ate 1080 calories of junk food and i wasn't even hungry!!! i have no idea why i keep doing this! please help me! i don't want to be fat!

Stop worrying about it so much... at your age and size you have a super high metabolism, that will help keep you skinny. But also, it's just not healthy to be so obsessed with your weight especially at your age. If you really want to make sure you don't get fat, just make sure you get an hour of good exercise everyday and then you can just about eat whatever you want and not gain weight.

For most people who have an issue with food, there is an underlying reason as to why this occurs. This reason varies from person to person and only you know what's what in your life but perhaps start with the following: Are you binging to fill a void in your life? Are you trying to maintain some control in your life? Are you trying to self-sabotage in some way? Are you trying to punish yourself?

Whatever the ultimate reason behind your actions, It is absolutely imperative for you to be kind to yourself, and if you truly think it necessary, PLEASE seek help from a parent/family member/teacher/school counselor/online nutritionist. Somebody out there can (and will) help you.

For now, literally put temptation out of sight by either throwing away your goodies, ask someone else to throw them away, walk away from the kitchen, listen to music, give yourself a distraction of some sort.

Good luck, remember one day at a time.

Keep your junk food under lock and key. Try those slimfast shakes. For some reason I really don't feel hungry after I drink them.

go to 1success.isagenix.com and get there. cleanse drink and snacks. those really really make you NOT want to eat. lol. they will control your hunger sooo well. you will NEVER be fat. lol. if u sign up as an associate it is a lot cheaper!

If you dont have it, you won't eat it. Make sure that you clean out your house of those foods and snacks so you dont feel compelled to have them.

i do that sometimes too and its just cravings probably. you see it and just eat it cause its there. like today i went food shopping with my mom and tried to buy healthy food. tell your parents to aviod buying junk food.
