You could try plagiarising ideas from a number of well established sources, then refute all claims that you have done so, and loudly say (shout, indeed, if necessary, to drown out your detractors) that your water is The One True Water.
No, that wouldn't work on Atheists, would it?
In that case, the whole mystical fairy tale theme wont work, either.
How about rationalism, and honesty?

Because you are not able to fool yourself properly as yet.Why do not you present a true healing water which can cure the Atheists of their psychological ills?

You shouldn't be able to con anyone into that.

I'm a Christian and I know that that's a joke. You may be able to sell that stuff to some of my brothers in Christ, but you can sell almost anything to people (atheists included) if they're dumb enough.

You could sell the stuff if you met an atheist stupid enough.
