Once in the shower when I was camping (the showers were cleaner than the stalls) and once when I was at a party out in the woods on a friends parents property when I was a senior in high school, too much to drink... NOT AT ALL PRETTY when I was done.

In the shower and in China, it's crazy crowded there sometimes and you have to stand up to use some of the facilities in certian areas.
