I love go jogging, but i fell pain when i run to much......
I would like to go to spinning class, Bike,
is that change good for my k....

Yes, there will be less resistance on the knee with spinning rather than running. While spinning your knees to not have to support your full body weight as they would while you are pounding the pavement. Take it from someone who had 2 knee surgeries last year... LOVE THOSE KNEES!

Cycling is a great option as it has less pressure on your knee, however many spin class contains alot of standing up which is not so good. Another option is to run along a beach.

Hmm, maybe you are suffering from muscle fatigue! Changing won't do you any good...resting your knees occasionally is something that might do you some good.

Try to do an experiment and do intermittent jogging, i.e. jog today, and don't jog tomorrow etc., and try to see if your knees would hurt or not.
