There have been thousands of Gods past a present, it is the person's choice of what they choose to dismiss. And yes, while there might not be credible evidence for organized religions, most have been disproved by worldly knowledge we now have.

To the academic community? Yes, it can be dismissed. Otherwise people could just come up with an idea and be expected to be taken seriously.

Both assertions...without evidence...are exactly the same...belief.

You can find evidendence for God, however, if you look hard enough.

You don't have to look at all - but then you would be without evidence.

I would think that's up to the individual. Each person makes their own decision, it's called free will.

You have to believe *something*. I have enough personal "evidence" to know that God exists. Some people may be given insights and choose to ignore them. It's an individual choice regardless.

simply, no.

To make a point, you must have logic. Nothing can be proven or disproven without logic. And while something may appear to be illogical, it may not be.

If something appears to be illogical, the best way to convince people it is is by using logic and evidence.

Thus, you cannot dismiss God, or anything else, without logic and the evidence needed to draw your logic from.

Yes, sir

But as long as there's still evidence to support "that", "that" would still stand

(I'm talking about "that", ok? Not referring to any gods)

Things can be asserted and dismissed easily, yes.

But who is correct? That's a different question.
