How do I get to the ALDL connecter on a 1992 crown victoria? Where is it located?

I have looked under the dash but could not spot it.

The EEC-IV STI and STO connectors are located in the engine compartment, next to the power steering fluid reservoir. One is a six pin, and the other is a single pin.
