All we know is it was in Mesopotamia, which is now in Iraq.

The beginning of creation was in Mesopotamia, and stayed there until God told Abram to follow Him to a new land.

One interesting item is this; before the flood, there was no rain.
After the ark was completed, God brought rain, and it rained and rained, and rained.

In his backyard, so to speak. There was a lot of land to work with back then. It landed on Mt. Arafat and was discovered by Turkish explorers not too long ago (assumed to be Noah's ark because of Biblically described size and wood). It took Noah 120 years to build it

I'm pretty sure biblical scholars guess it was somewhere in Turkey or Iraq.

Iraq because it wasn't too far from Babylon and the Garden of Eden . After Cain slew Abel God sent him out and it was Cain's descendants that set the background for why God sends the Flood.
