I heard sex is good. Its the one exersise that i enjoy anyway =)

Weight bearing exercise.

You will build muscle at the same time as giving your heart a workout.

You can't really beat walking as a form of exercise. A good 45 minute brisk walk, brisk enough to get a touch of perspiration, will build muscle in your legs (thus raising metabolism), strengthen your heart, and most importantly it is gentle. None of the knee and muscle damage associated with more vigorous exercise like jogging.

Watch what you are putting in your mouth - do something simple like allowing yourself one serving of bread a day so you dont feel like you are depriving yourself. Eat a lot of veggies, some fruit (high in sugar). My favorite cardio exerices - ride your stationary bike and have two five pound weights, do shoulder press, front raises, side raises and triceps while you ride the bike. Warm up first for about 20 minutes - then use the weights. Doing these things together really raises your heart rate.

Spinning is a great way to burn those unwanted calories, great for you mind and body but requires some hard work, the benefits are fantastic as you can burn a minimum of 450 calories per 45 minute session, good luck!

Doing cario exercises are the best for burning fat. Running, biking, and swimming are the most effective.

Do any type of physical excercise which raises you heart do it empty stomach with in 45 min after you wake up in the morning my personal fav are rope jump or punching bag....drink lots of water during the day but do not drink water during or right after your meal.....cut down your potasium and sodium intake.

cardio exercises such as running,rowing machine,exercise bikes,anything that gets your heart pumping will burn fat.
