If the symptons aren't showing yet like sore throat, tiredness and all that can you still spread it. My boyfriend doesn't have it and I thought he gave it to me, all I can think who gave it to me is this guy I saw before him, that I shared a drink with some of his friends I'm thinking one of them but if u can spread it then I'm out of ideas.

Were you diagnosed by a doctor that you have mono? Symptoms for mono usually appears after the actual infection, on average of 2 months, when you may potentially develop some very nasty symptoms for about 2-3 weeks. It has to be spread by intimate contact but would not rule out sharing a drink. My advice is not to share you drinks and keep a good hygiene to avoid spreading to others. Once you are infected, the virus may or may not cause symptoms and could remain dormant in your body for a lifetime and then resurface from time to time and you may pass it on to others.

I had mono a few years ago (good luck to you) and my boyfriend never got it. You could've gotten it from anything, not just kissing necessarily. I think it's like other diseases/sicknesses that are most contagious in its first week or so.

Drink lots of water while you can because once the strep settles in you'll barely be able to swallow your own saliva.

Oh golly, the kissing disease...as suggested by the colloquial name of the disease, yes it is transferrable, and of course a commutable disease. Mononucleosis is spread by a viral organism, and at times could be asymptomatic, i.e. symptoms of the diseases are not observed or only to a limited degree.

Doesn't matter where you got it from, or if you ever have it in you. You and your partner should see a doctor so some lab work could be done in your case just to see if any of you are infected.

Yes; you can be infectious before symptoms appear. It can be spread any number of ways, so it's not likely that you'll ever know how you got it. Just concentrate on taking care of yourself and getting well.
