If you're going to illegally download music then you're going to get some number of files that have been infected, it's unavoidable. Hackers and virus makers take advantage of free music sites because they know you can't report them without confessing to committing a crime yourself, so they have less risk and a better chance of spreading their virus around to more file sharers. The only way to be completely sure your music is not infected is to download it legally, which means paying for it.
