You should really think about relisting your question under buying and selling, instead of under car makes. You will probably get more answers, since car makes is usually for mechanical problems.

39 months and 40,000 miles or 35,000 miles? leasing is buying the car for only three years and even if you don't know it your financing the car twice. Always buy what you want and drive it up to 10 years. Unless your bussness allow a tax detuction for leased cars.
