i goto bed about 9-10ish and wake up in the morning at 6:30 for school...i wake uo and go have a shower straight away but during and after the shower my legs ache and when i get out 2 dry myself and do my teeth i need 2 sit down (lol)
whats wrong and how could i fix it??

plus it doesnt matter what i do before.....it is everyday...even when i dont haventhad any physical activity the day before

try increasing your potassium intake and see if that helps. You should probably see a doctor as well if it's that bad

well do you have p.e. during school? or are you doing sports and you don't stretch so that might be the reason. you might be sleeping in an awkward position. that is the best way i can think of to resolve your problem.

I think they are just growing pains but call your doctor and ask.
