Consult an allergist...sometimes dark circles under the eyes are signs of underlying allergies. If I didn't see the sleep note you left I might have said sleep more...but perhaps the sleep you are getting is not as much as your body needs....

are they puffy too?? Sometimes a cooling under eye lotion will help as well as under eye brighteners lotion ( any drug store in the beauty department will carry them). Cucumbers take away puffiness. Dont rub in concealer either and it shouldn't be too light of a concealer. Sometimes if you use different tints of concealer like green or yellow depend ing on your skin color it help to neutralize the dark red or purple under eye bags, then you can gently TAP on your foundation blending it in. but dont rub. you can always talk to a beauty consultant at a large department or drug store or a spa facial specialist or your doctor, or even find yourself a good dermatologist or a make up artist. Good luck ! :) ( PS) if you use eyeliner sometimes the way you put it on will make the bags look bigger.

I believe in eating my veggies, I might soud like a bore, just try eating lots of brocolli. I have never had dark circles under my eyes

Drink more water less salt and try to get more than 8 hours sleep every day, those are the only things that work for me.

Yes, sliced cucumbers will help. You can also buy a gel-filled mask to wear when you sleep. You keep it in the fridge so it's nice and cool.

Maybe if u put a little bit of makeup cover up on them they would be covered so they do not bother you as much, but if ur not a makeup fan, ask your doctor how you can prevent them getting worse. i hope this works!!
good luck hun
