I would cook them for 20-25 on 350
if you read a "shake n bake" box it gives you great ideas and cook times.

Porkchops are one of those meats that are best cooked "Low and Slow", that means at a relatively low oven temperature for a very long time. That is if you are looking for fork tender meat. Cook at about 275 degrees covered dish with a little braising liquid (your choice, can even just be water) for about 2 and a half hours. I usually cook them with some root vegis (potatoes, carrots... stuff like that, with canned diced tomatoes and the liquid from the tomatoes. A little salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic too. If you want the meat and vegetables to have a roasted flavor, cook them uncovered for the last half hour. And of course... check the liquid level now and again. You don't want it to be soupy... but you also don't want it dry out either. Hope that helps.

When I bake pork chops, I always use 'Shake n' Bake'...nice and moist that way....and I cook them according to box instructions...otherwise probably about half an hour at 350*; as pork has to be cooked throughly. :)

broil them, but how long depends on how thick - just keep an eye on 'em, when they look good, just cut one in the middle and see...
