what???. all places give receips. They may not offer it unless you ask for it. In the unlikely event that what you say is true then get a debit card. It acts like a credit card but the money comes from your checking account. The account can be access online or through your bank They will also send you a monthly statement. The account says how much money was spended where and on what date. Sometimes even what time of day. This wil also help you get organized.
You can ask for a statement from your bank at anytime during bussines hours. Give that to the auditor. The auditor can then go to the troyhble of figuring out what each code number mens. Actually, they will contact a store and it will verify what you told them.

Document every red cent that comes in and goes out. Keep a ledger (you can find them at any office supply store) with every transaction made. If you are looking to prove income that has already been spent, then you need to gather up all the receipts you can find and have any people that you gave money to, i.e. paid bills to....write you an affidavit for the money they received. Make sure its signed, dated as well as having the name, phone number and address of the person associated with the transaction.

I would never shop anywhere that did not give me a receipt. You count clothes, food, laundry, a share of the household expenses, activities, transportation, etc.
Getting SSI for a child gives them a label.

Have them hand write you a receipt.
I've never paid for a service or item where I couldn't get some sort of proof of payment.
