Women tend to pay more attention to their bodies than men do. And thusly they take better care of their bodies with proper eating habits, rest, exercise, etc.
Guys tend to think of their bodies as a vehicle for their brain and their penis and nothing more.

I checked with the CDC on this one, and you are right, statistically speaking, men do indeed get sick more often than women. There are many theories as to why this is so...my favorite is that personal hygiene is not as good in men as in women. In other words, guys don't wash their hands as often as women do.

I guess it's only the guys you know. It's not the case with the ones I know. I guess the place they live in might play a role in it though. Certain environments simply causes some folks to get sick a lot. I don't know why it would only be the males though.
