Depends somewhat on your last name, but I'd go for Claire. Katherine Claire has a nice classic ring to it, plus it follows the 3 syllable/1 syllable pattern that's nice.

Camille, Chellby ( I like this spelling of Shelby, kinda different though..), Charlene, Chloe (so pretty, and not used too often!), Claire/Clara/Claira.
I think it'd be easier just to name her Kasey though.. you could still use a "C" middle name..
Kasey/Kasie/Kaseigh Charliene is cute..
